The Carterton Youth Village offers supportive accommodation while empowering young individuals through Individual life planning, goal setting, and budgeting advice.

Our dedicated team provides guidance on educational and employment pathways, along with advocacy and resource support to help young people thrive.

The transition to independence is guided by each young person's individual needs and developmental stage. Whether they stay for two months or two years, we are here to support them until they're ready to embark on their journey alone. We also invite former residents to return if they require additional support.

ELEV8 Youth Leaders

ELEV8 empowers young people aged 13 to 18 to take on exciting leadership roles!

Our program offers tools and guidance to budget, plan, and implement their ideas in R2R programs. We focus on their unique needs, inspiring responsibility and community engagement.

With ELEV8, we truly believe that fun is essential for fostering creativity and connection. This is why we encourage our members to create their own noho's and workshops, where they can grow as a team and individuals.

These engaging experiences not only help build strong relationships but also provide participants with important life skills and confidence to support our younger rangatahi.

Rangatahi Tu Rangatira

Join our fortnightly youth group, designed specifically for young people aged 9 to 17! We focus on the unique needs and interests of youth in our community, providing a safe and engaging environment for them to connect, learn, and grow together.

Whether it's through fun activities, discussions, or skill-building sessions, aim to empower our participants and foster a sense of community Come be a part of something special!

Our school holiday noho's offer young people the chance to explore exciting and activities beyond our immediate area. These programs are designed to provide experiences that may not be available during our afterschool sessions.
